Research and Innovation in Career Development

Career development and guidance is a dynamic process as new technologies change the work requirements and habits, and new professions keep evolving. Additionally, the perceptions of teachers and students regarding careers are continually changing. Since the acquisition of career competencies and work identity are independent of the use of specific resources or techniques, the SDC will be conducting research to keep abreast of new developments in career guidance and counselling.
